    Abstract Under the conditions of vertical mining to horizontal mining in inclined coal seam open-pit mine, with the change of mining program, it leads to the changes of inner and outer dump program, stripping transportation distance, lifting height, the area of land and material goods flow. To solve this problem, the mine builds the economic model of dump construction development. From the inner and outer row of open-pit mine planning stream, outer dump transportation, land acquisition, inner dump dynamic development and the inner and outer rows peeling lifting height and other factors, the mine optimizes the inside and outside dump construction development program in the lifecycle. The article combines the process of vertical mining to horizontal mining to carry out research in Zhundong Open-pit Mine first mining area .

    Abstract: Taking the open-pit mine dump as an example, adopting the theoretical analysis, experimental study, numerical calculation with engineering design, we identify the engineering geological distribution of the dump , deeply discuss that the action mechanism of seepage on rock deformation mechanics system and water on the stability of sliding mechanics system, and obtain the specific effect of water infiltration and capillary water rising to the slope stability. We also propose the specific measures to ensure the safety of the dump slope, for example the drainage, water-stop control, slope toe replacement and design.

    Abstract The author calculates the security coefficient with different slope angle by Sweden slice method, determines that the most favorable combination of slope stability and economic feasibility comes with a slope angle of 34°. The article simulates the changes of the displacement and stress at slope angle 34° during the coal and rock mining process by the numerical simulation method, and analyzes the potential slipping areas. The results suggest that the slope angle of 33° is the best choice for the safety and efficiency consideration.

    Abstract: According to the slope stability problem of soil basement dump, based on long term monitoring data of slope surface displacement, the article analyzes slope deformation trend, basic characteristics and deformation influence factors in Yinwan dump. The results show that the slope deformation toward the direction of free surface is given priority to, the deformation value of each direction in underground mining disturbed zone is higher than that in non mining disturbance area, slope deformation has obvious seasonal characteristics in underground mining disturbed zone.

    AbstractAiming at frozen soil layer blasting in Yimin Open-pit Minethe article researches the optimization of blasting parameters combining theoretical analysis, program comparison and field practice. The results show that the average consumption is 0.17 ~ 0.18 kg/m3 in December and Januarythe average consumption is above 0.21 kg/m3 in February and Marchthe average consumption is 0.15 kg/m3 in April and May. At the same timethe author appropriately adjusts parameters according to bare time of stepped slope and lithology.

    Abstract: In order to optimize the high bench blasting charge structure in open-pit coal mine, the article investigates the existing high bench blasting charge structure. Combining with the geological characteristics, rock mass structure, physical and mechanical properties of rock and loading equipment, the author analyzes the different schemes. According to the theoretical analysis results, the mine uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to carry out blasting numerical simulation. The results show that the high bench blasting with air interval charge is better than continuous charge , which obtains higher economic benefits.

    Abstract In order to improve the reliability of semi-continuous dumping system in Buzhaoba Open-pit Mine Longqiao dump and ensure the ability of stripping and transportation in open-pit mine, the mine innovatively designs dumping plough dumping technology ascending material distribution system ,and uses the old trucks to make self-moving belt conveyor, which increases the dumping radius of dumping plough. The whole innovation scheme simplifies the ascending method of dumping technology under the complex terrain of hillside dump, which greatly improves effective operating time of system, reduces initial engineering quantity of dumping line and saves production cost.
