    Abstract: In order to study the feasibility of height increase of the dump of Ha'erwusu Open-pit Mine, the mine carries out the supplement investigation for the engineering geology of dump basement, and determines the physical mechanics recommended indexes of the inner-dump slope rock mass. Using limit equilibrium principle to calculate the stability of the inner-dump slope at different stages, the article obtains the stability coefficients of four main positions, and researches the shame for the inner-dump height increasing combining with safety conditions.

    Abstract: Based on the orifices interval charge blasting technology, the article carried out the blasting vibration experimental study, and analyzed the vibration effect. The test results show that, compared with the conventional continuous charge, the amplitude of vibration reduction is obvious, the particle vibration velocity is small and the main vibration frequency is high. The interval charge blasting technique is more favorable for the protection of the surrounding buildings.
