The results show that the detection accuracy not only involves with the goaf depththe level of resistivity and the distance of the adjacent holes, but also relates to the type of detecting devices and the electrode distance. Through the numerical simulation of high density electrical method in the actual goaf, it proves that combining the numerical simulation technology with the field test results has good reference value for supplementary explaining and accurately determining the distribution of goaf.

    Abstract: To characterize the properties of the dust suppressant, the author carried out evaluation on solidified effect, resistance to wind and rain properties of dust suppressant in indoor experiment and open-pit coal yard. The results showed that the dust suppressant had a high performance of properties, and a solidified layer formed after dust suppressant sprayed on the coal.
