    Abstract: Based on the engineering geological exploration, using the exploration results and experimental data, the article analyzed the  stability coefficient of residual coal slope and obtained that the residual coal had great effect on slope stability. From the feasibility of the program, long-term benefits, economic benefits and other aspects, the author comprehensively analyzed the residual coal reserves, all clean, part of the clean-up and other programs. Through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the author suggested adopting full clean-up program.

    Abstract: Taking the actual landslide of domestic open-pit mine as an engineering example, this article researched a new set of systematic landslide treatment technology. Using 3D laser scanning to measure and get point-cloud date of landslide area, with 3D design software to construct solid model, the author adopted the anti-analysis theory to calculate strength parameters of landslide area. Using limit equilibrium theory to determine the cleanup boundaries of landslide area, the mine formulated the landslide area cleanup procedure and recovery scheme which satisfied technology, economy and security.
