Abstract: By optimizing the relationship of mining and dumping, adjusting the layout of mining, the south open-pit mine solved some problems , such as slow internal dumping development, unreasonable  distance and hoisting height, reasonable working line length to develop large equipment efficiency, slope stability, which took a solid step in technical management and cost control aspects.
