Abstract：Aiming at frozen soil layer blasting in Yimin Open-pit Mine，the article researches the optimization of blasting parameters combining theoretical analysis, program comparison and field practice. The results show that the average consumption is 0.17 ~ 0.18 kg/m3 in December and January，the average consumption is above 0.21 kg/m3 in February and March，the average consumption is 0.15 kg/m3 in April and May. At the same time，the author appropriately adjusts parameters according to bare time of stepped slope and lithology.

摘　要：针对伊敏露天矿冻土层爆破，综合运用理论分析、方案对比、现场实践相结合的方式进行爆破参数优化研究。研究表明：每年12月至翌年1月平均单耗为0.17 ~ 0.18 kg/m3，2、3月份平均单耗在0.21 kg/m3以上，4、5月份平均单耗在0.15 kg/m3左右，同时针对台阶坡面裸露时间以及台阶岩性需进行适当的参数调整。
