    AbstractThe article presents two collapse columns based on the actual situation of the worksite in order to make collapsed column production organization and security work well in Pingshuo East Open-pit mine. Collapse column bridge scheme can not only decrease the rock stripping and reduce production safety risk, but also facilitate the form of internal waste dump by comparasion.

    Abstract: North Open-pit Mine realizes the change of production mode and process in 2014. The production mode turns from the original peeling outsourcing into a stripping, mining all outsourcing. The backward technology of bulldozer front loader is eliminated by the hydraulic anti shovel hook assembly process.     Abstract: The author does an experiment of single hole blasting crater test at the same level with the well drilling test and the similar rock properties site based on the blasting crater theory. The experiment obtains the best buried depth ratio of this kind of rock properties according to results of single hole blasting crater test and actual situation of mine. The author successfully obtains a well-forming up to 32 m in depth through arranging round holes, layering in unequal height, setting the middle layer, up and down multiple sequential explosions and reasonable time delay blasting in different layer.
