摘要:

竞聘上岗是人力资源配置的一种有效的方式,通过“公开、公正、公平”的运行模式,为企业选拔和配置人员解决组织人才配置中的人才选拔与任用问题。提出竞聘上岗的指导思想、原则,对竞聘上岗流程、人员测评方案设计等主要方面进行了研究。

Abstract:

 Competition for employment is an efficient way of human resources allocation. Through "publicity, justice and fairness" operation mode, the operation mode can select and allocate personnel for enterprise, and solve the talent selection and appointment problems during organization personnel allocation. The article presents the guiding thought and principle of competition for employment, and researches the flow of competition for employment and personnel assessment scheme design.
