Abstract:

Based on the production operation data of the three quarter of 2014 in Shengli Open-pit Mine, the author analyzes the affecting factors of production operation cost, such as controllable cost components, production organization, main mining equipment operation condition. Through comparing the previous cost, the mine adopts cost control analysis under self - operation and outsourcing production mode, finds out the main factors of affecting production cost, which provides reference for reducing the production costs and improving the economic benefits of mine.
