Abstract： Combining with the results of safety risk pre-control management system in Shengli No.1 Open-pit Mine, the article analyzes the staff working process, behavior frequency and unsafe behavior of risk level to people, presents the targeted management means combining with the daily safety management method and achieves the advanced control of staff unsafe behavior.
