Abstract:

Abstract: This article introduced the formulation process of production plan, and researched the production plan in Fushun East Open-pit Mine. The production plan included the annual plan, month plan and weekly plan. Through researching all levels of plans, the author made production plan more scientific and reasonable, which promoted the actual production.
