Abstract: According to the problems of big fuel consumption and high cost of single bucket - truck technology in raw coal transportation system, combining with mining status and mining strength prediction and analysis in the next five years, Zhahanao'er Open-pit Mine carries out technical transformation on raw coal transportation system from western mining area to 3# crushing station. The formation of new raw coal transportation system has an important impact to save raw coal transportation distance and reduce the raw coal transportation costs.
