Abstract: Taking the standardized management at the grassroots level in the open-pit coal mine as example, this article introduces the application of standardization in grass roots management, finds out the existing problems in the basic level standardization management, puts forward the opinions and suggestions for improvement, and discusses on the function and significance of the standardization management of the basic level in the open- pit coal mine, which provide a reference for the standardization management of open-pit coal mine.
