Abstract: In Shenhua Ha'erwusu Open-pit Mine, MT5500 / MT4400 mine trucks mainly undertake the task of rock and soil and coal transportation. The truck rear brake assembly design is disc device, and frequently emerges working brake oil leakage faults in the operation process. Combining with the working brake structure principle, the staff design a set of special maintenance device, which greatly improve the working efficiency and maintenance quality.
