Abstract: The rock semi-continuous process system has been operated for nearly 3 years in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine, the mine optimized and reformed some exposed problems .This article analyzed and summarized the exposed problems in the process of semi-continuous process system，and compared the production cost between the semi-continuous process and shovel-truck technology.
