Abstract: Through analyzing the DC converter type WK10B shovel structure and electrical drive systems, the article researches the use of "upper HMI + PLC Fieldbus + AFE inverter drive" consisting of three levels control system to replace the traditional DC converter unit and GM analog control systems, and proposes AC frequency conversion scheme of shovel.

摘 要:通过对直流调速型WK10B电铲结构和电气传动系统进行分析,研究了采用“上位人机界面+PLC现场总线+AFE变频传动”组成的三级控制系统取代传统的G-M直流调速机组和模拟控制系统,提出了电铲的交流变频改造方案。
