Abstract: Through analyzing the DC converter type WK10B shovel structure and electrical drive systems, the article researches the use of "upper HMI + PLC Fieldbus + AFE inverter drive" consisting of three levels control system to replace the traditional DC converter unit and GM analog control systems, and proposes AC frequency conversion scheme of shovel.
