Abstract: Combining with the constitution of GPS production scheduling system, the article introduces the real-time monitoring method, including 2D display, production control simulation and 3D display, which reflect real-time operation condition of equipment and make dispatchers be able to stay at home to monitor all equipment and improve the monitoring function and production efficiency.
