Abstract: Abstract: The article analyzes the present stage achievements and faced problems, summarizes the previous study results, defines green mining theory, and refines green mining system in open-pit coal mine. Results show that green mining theory and system has huge economic benefits and social benefits, which indicates the direction for future development of open-pit coal mine.

摘要： 摘　要：分析了露天煤矿现阶段的成就与面临的难题，总结了前人的研究成果，定义了属于露天煤矿的绿色开采理论，提炼了属于露天煤矿的绿色开采体系。通过实例论证露天煤矿绿色开采理论及体系具有巨大的经济效益及社会效益。该理论体系对我国露天煤矿今后的发展指明了方向。
