Abstract:

This article illustrates that "five type" enterprise performance evaluation content and the whole quality standardization  management in Haerwusu Open-pit Mine  are combined to create "591" enterprise management model taking first-class open-pit mine as goal, and achieve coal mine safety production management science and standardization.
