摘 要：分析勒图尔勒L-1350电动轮装载机铰接上球头底座发生裂纹的原因，主要论述球头底座裂纹修复及加装支撑管的焊接工艺及措施、应力消除等内容，概括说明修复后的勒图尔勒L-1350电动轮前装机投入露天煤矿生产之后保持完好的近况。球头底座的成功修复，为此类铰接式结的焊接维修提供可借鉴经验。
Abstract:
Abstract: The article analyzes the reasons of cracks on the base of the spherical head in L-1350 electric wheel loader, discusses the welding technology and measures of the crack repair of the spherical head base and the supporting tube, and summarizes the repaired L-1350 electric wheel front loader putting into open-pit mine production intact status. The successful restoration of spherical head base provides referential experience for welding repair of articulated joint.
