摘 要：探讨了离散制造企业机械加工车间MES的特点，分析了某离散制造企业机械加工车间的工装工具申请管理业务流程，并给出了工装工具申请管理系统的模型，运用Eclipse/My Eclipse 6.0开发平台对加工车间MES系统进行了开发设计，实现工装工具申请管理。

Abstract: This article discusses the features of MES in discrete manufacturing enterprise machine shop, analyzes the business processes of tooling and tools application management in a discrete manufacturing enterprise machine shop, and gives the model of tooling and tools application management system. Using Eclipse/My Eclipse 6.0 development platform, we develop and design machine shop MES system to achieve tooling and tools application management.
