摘 要：以云南省楚雄州长坡煤矿为例，分析长坡煤矿的开采方式和采空区情况以及采空区对露天开采的影响，根据《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规程》对覆土安全高度进行计算，并对采空区开采提出安全措施，以保证安全生产。
Abstract:
Abstract: Taking Changpo Coal Mine in Yunnan province as an example, the article analyzes the mining ways, goaf condition and the effect of goaf on open-pit mining. According to "buildings, water, railway and main roadway coal pillar design and the pressure of coal mining regulations", the author calculates the safety heights of soil covering, proposes the safety measures to ensure safety in production.
