Abstract: The article describes the design, application and its using effect of maintenance engineering equipment through analyzing the problems of maintaining rear nitrogen cylinder of 630E dump trucks. At the same time, the author illustrates the maintaining process and content of 630E dump trucks rear nitrogen cylinder. The design of maintenance engineering equipment effectively decreases the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and improves the maintenance quality of rear nitrogen cylinder, which has strong practicability and popularization.
