摘 要:以3 000 t/h煤系统半移动式破碎站和9 000 t/h剥离系统半移动式破碎站为例,通过设定工艺技术参数,分别对2种生产能力下的受料仓的有效容积计算方法进行探讨,结合现场经验,计算出合理的受料仓容积;并对3 000 t/h煤系统半移动式破碎站受料仓进行了仓内物料三维模型的模拟,以此确定出受料仓外形结构尺寸,并对受料仓结构的布置形式进行了描述。

Abstract:

AbstractTaking 3 000 t/h coal system semi-mobile crushing station and 9 000 t/h stripping system semi-mobile crushing station for example, through setting technology parameters, the article discussed the effective volume calculation method of silo under the two kinds of production capacity, and calculated the reasonable silo volume. The author had a three-dimensional model simulation on 3 000 t/h coal system semi-mobile crushing station silo to determine the contour structure size of the silo, and had a description on the arrangement form of silo structure.
