摘　要：针对伊敏三号露天煤矿的基本建设条件和煤炭市场，全面分析了在不同开采规模方案下露天矿的开采工艺、设备选型、露天矿整体工艺布置及其他辅助工程和生产能耗等建设要素。通过对比各方案的项目总投资、财务内部收益率和生产成本等经济指标，得出三号露天矿设计规模为10.0 Mt/a和15.0 Mt/a时盈利水平最佳。

Abstract：According to the basic construction condition and coal market in Yimin No.3 Open-pit Coal Mine, the article comprehensively analyzes mining technology, equipment selection, the whole technology arrangement, other auxiliary project and energy consumption in different mining scales schemes. Through comparing with the total investment, financial internal rate of return, production cost and other economic indicators of each scheme, the author concludes that No.3 Open-pit Mine can get the best profitability when the design scale is at 10.0 Mt/a and 15.0 Mt/a.
