Abstract: In view of the insufficiency of 495 HR electric bucket rod design structure, the article analyzes the frequent fault of electric bucket rod head plane crack, and gives the solutions and corresponding welding repair process, introduces in detail the matters needing attention in the process of repair, which provides the effective reference experience for welding repair work of excavator type mine equipment large structure.
