摘 要:在对深槽型带式输送机的发展过程分析基础上,分析了深槽型带式输送机大倾角输送物料的机理,说明了深槽型带式输送机不仅适用于小带宽,也适用于大带宽条件下应用。介绍了国家行业标准推荐的托辊组结构和适用范围。总结了驱动装置、托辊与输送带、清扫器的选用原则,以及设置逆止托辊、头部挡板和防物料滚落装置等设计中需要考虑的关键技术。

Abstract:

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the development process of deep trough belt conveyor, we analyzed the mechanism of deep trough belt conveyor with large inclination angle, and explained that deep trough belt conveyor was used on both thin and wide bandwidth. The article introduced the structure and application scope of the idlers which recommended by the national industry standard, and summarized the selection principles of driving devices, rollers, conveyor belts, cleaning devices, and the key techniques of setting reverse thrust rollers, head baffles, anti rolling device materials design.
