摘 要：根据煤矿带式输送机的运行特点，分析了带式输送机常见故障及危害，设计了带式输送机电气保护系统，并分析该系统存在的缺陷，根据缺陷设计制作了回煤综合保护装置，提高了带式输送机保护程度。

Abstract： Based on the operating characteristics of belt conveyor, the article analyzes the common faults and hazards of belt conveyor, designs the electrical protection system of belt conveyor, and analyzes the disadvantage of the system. According to the fault design, the mine manufactures back to coal comprehensive protection device, which improves protection degree of belt conveyor.
