摘要:

降低选煤厂系统中电机产生的振动噪声,可从电机本体结构设计、电机本身材料及控制策略3个方面降低系统的振动噪声。在控制策略上,提出一种随机开关频率技术,使得开关频率及其整数倍周围的频谱展开,降低谐波幅值。通过仿真得到SVPWM控制策略的频谱分析图及加上随机后的频谱分析图,从仿真波形可以看出,加上随机后的噪声频谱在开关周期及其整数倍处明显降低。

Abstract:

 In order to reduce the vibration noise caused by motor in the system of coal preparation plant, we can reduce the vibration noise from motor ontology structure design and its material and control strategy aspects. According to the control strategy, the author presents a technology of random switching frequency which can spread spectrum of switching frequency and its times to reduce the harmonic amplitude. The author obtains the spectrum analysis diagram of SVPWM control strategy and random spectrum analysis diagram. Applying the random switching frequency PWM control strategy can obviously reduce the harmonic amplitude.
