Abstract: In order to reduce production cost and improve economic benefit, this article researches the measures of reducing cost from the optimization of transportation system and internal dump discharging aspects, and the methods of improving the enterprise benefit from the recovery mining pressure coal quantity, 5# coal and the goaf coal mining aspect, which can make the economic benefit and social benefit of mine to achieve the maximum.
