Abstract: Abstract： This article analyzed the structure and common faults of electric shovel bucket rod, and focused on analyzing the frequent emerged crack fault between electric shovel bucket rod and torsion box , which caused many repairing difficulties on site. The article also presented a few notes of electric shovel bucket rod daily maintenance, which provided reference for similar electric shovel bucket rod maintenance.
