Abstract:
Taking the semi-continuous process system of rock stripping as the research object, the article carries out statistical analysis on the failure time of process system equipment, adopts the mathematical software to calculate the reliability of main equipment, and obtains the whole system reliability for 0.696. The author points out the factors of affecting excavator and crusher, dumping machine reliability, and formulates the measures to improve the reliability of the whole system, which gradually makes the actual production capacity to reach the theoretical capacity to meet the normal production requirements.

以平朔东露天矿岩石剥离半连续工艺系统为研究对象,对工艺系统组成设备故障时间进行数理统计分析。采用数学软件计算主要设备的可靠度,进而得出整个系统的可靠度为0.696;同时指出了影响电铲、破碎机、排土机可靠性的因素,并制定应对措施来提高该整个系统的可靠性,逐步使实际生产能力达到理论能力,满足正常生产要求。
