Abstract: According to stope coal transportation system layout difficulty, coal mining operation face delay, internal dumping tension situation in Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine, the article presents coal transportation system change into internal dump, and analyzes shift scheme of internal dump coal transportation system. The author presents the raw coal transportation system shift scheme under the affect of land acquisition, which temporarily alleviates the difficult situation of production under the pit.

摘　要：针对2015年哈尔乌素露天煤矿采场运煤系统布置困难，采煤作业面滞后，内排紧张等造成采剥失衡的现状,提出将运煤系统更改至内排土场。对内排土场运煤系统的移设方案进一步优化分析，提出了征地制约影响下原煤运输系统移设方案，暂时缓解了坑下生产异常困难的局面。
