Abstract: Combining with the present situation of employee career development management work in Shengli Energy Company, based on the actual need of it, this  company improved designed the employee career development management, and rebuilt the employee career development ladder, qualifications, selecting assignment way, in order to make the further optimization on employee career development management system in this company.
