Abstract: Through illustrating 495HR shovel increasing gearbox repair technology, the article introduces the whole process of lifting gear box various forms damage repair and whole assembly, which provides reference experience for large mining equipment increasing gearbox repair technology  and sets the standard for improving the quality of maintenance.
