Abstract：Combining with using ICoal software to carry out the medium-term and long-term planning in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine, the author carries out compiling monthly plan, including mining location, dumping position, transportation path optimization, and the coordination between mining equipment and transportation equipment. The results show that using ICoal to compile short-term plan can improve the efficiency of mine plan, which achieves the purpose of developing work quickly.

摘　要：结合哈尔乌素露天煤矿使用ICoal矿业软件进行中长期计划、境界优化结果，进行月计划的编制，包括开采位置、排土位置、运输线路优化，采、装、运设备之间协调。结果表明，利用ICoal软件进行短期计划编制，切实有效地提高了矿山编制计划的效率，达到快速开展工作的目的。
