Abstract: Taking truck tires as the research object, the author analyzes the reasons of causing tire normal wear and abnormal wear from the driver's driving behavior, work environment, tire repair and replacement aspects, an presents the measures of improving transportation road quality, strengthening the tire pressure detection, tracking management, formulating tire assessment method and tire reverse contract to reduce production cost and improve the economic benefit.

摘　要：以东露天矿现用卡车轮胎为研究对象，从司机驾驶行为、作业环境、轮胎修复、更换等方面系统分析造成轮胎正常磨损和非正常磨损的原因，提出通过改善运输道路质量、加强轮胎气压检测、跟踪管理、制定轮胎考核办法及轮胎反承包措施，降低生产成本，提高经济效益。
