Abstract: The article analyzes the significance of slope monitoring, introduces the geological situation of Weijiamao Open-pit Coal Mine, elaborates the basic principles of CORS system, and verifies the measurement accuracy of CORS system. Through the application of specific slope monitoring in Weijiamao Open-pit Coal Mine, results show that the slope monitoring data using CORS system is accurate and reliable, which can effectively observe the slope displacement to prevent the slope landslide.
