摘 要：对8750吊斗铲回转立轴轴头断裂及轴承非正常损坏的原因进行了分析，并对轴承杯座及舱顶板轴孔检修修复工艺方案进行了详细论述，阐述了吊斗铲等大型矿山设备轴孔类失圆修复的工艺重要性，为制定其他较大轴孔失圆修复的工艺方案和措施提供了经验。

Abstract: The article analyzes the reasons of 8750 shovel rotary vertical shaft fracture and bearing abnormal damage, and elaborates the roof panel and bearing cup holder overhaul repair process. This article expounds the process importance of large mining equipment skip shaft hole class round repair, which provides the experience for producing other larger shaft hole circle repair process scheme and measures.
