摘 要：平朔东露天矿岩石半连续工艺系统已经运行了近3年，在运行期间优化和改造了若干暴露出的问题。对半连续工艺系统在运行过程中获得的经验及暴露出的问题加以分析和总结，并将半连续工艺与单斗卡车工艺的生产成本作了比较。

Abstract: The rock semi-continuous process system has been operated for nearly 3 years in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine, the mine optimized and reformed some exposed problems .This article analyzed and summarized the exposed problems in the process of semi-continuous process system，and compared the production cost between the semi-continuous process and shovel-truck technology.
