Abstract： This article introduces the 3S technology in detail, including remote sensing technology (RS), global positioning system (GPS) and geographic information system (GIS). Through careful investigation and study on Heishan Open-pit Coal Mine, integrating mining area actual situation, the mine applies 3S technology integration to Heishan Open-pit Coal Mine land reclamation work, which forms the system governance on mining area.
